Thank you for inquiring about our catering service. We have tried to create a menu with a large variety of selections for you to choose from. If you have a special item that is not on our menu, or maybe a special recipe you would like us to follow, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We have catered a variety of events and are very versatile. We have catered Texas style barbecues, Mexican fiestas, chicken barbecues, clam bakes, hog roasts, and picnics. You name the theme and we can provide the menu.

Payment Procedure
A desposit of $100 is required when booking your event. This can be returned to you or applied to the final bill the day of your event. Cash, Checks, Mastercard or Visa are accepted.
The number of guests needs to be finalized at least 1 week prior to the event. This number will be used to compute your bill.
If an event must be cancelled, we require notice of atleast 45 days prior to the event for you to recieve refund of your deposit. Events booked for the month of December must give 90 days notice of cancellation.
If there is food left over and you would like to keep it, make sure containers are available and we will fill them for you to take home.
